Can a 1971 Duster Beat a 2001 Trans AM?

I have a 1971 Plymouth Duster with a 340 thats board out to a 383. I have about 375 hp in my car. My buddy has a 2001 Trans Am ( i think the WS6 Model). Who would win in a 1/4 mile run? What about a longer straight a way race?
