Sounds to me like he has moved on. But you said so yourself, it was just hooking up; so there "shouldn't" be any feelings attached. Problem is it sounds like you have had a few feelings for him. I agree with him tho, get your ex bf situation together. Oh and don't keep trying to talk to the other guy, because you may come off a little desperate.
