My ball python wont eat and its been months!?

Hi, I'm officially scared. This snake was given to me by my uncle who moved out of his old place. Before he gave the snake to me, it already hadn't eaten for a while..we thought maybe he was shedding, but its been another month, there's very few shed skin patches in the tank and only now are his eyes clouding. He's been making weird noises..his breathing sounds like wheezing sometimes and hes drooling! I'm absolutely scared crap less and I currently have him in a box with yet another mouse and hes resting his head on it, not eating it..The mouse had been frozen before, I thawed it out correctly, dried it even so its scent wasn't slightly clouded by the water for god sakes! He still wont eat. Hes not even flicking his tongue out, no matter how much hes moving around, so he cant smell it either..I'm really worried, please help! I'm planning on taking him to the vet as soon as I get paid, I don't care what it takes, I want him to be okay :'(
