Do most Irish people on here think the Famine was genocide?

Considering that the British actually refused to let other countries donate food or money to Ireland, what do you think? Even when other countries or groups of people were looking to help out the Irish, the British refused to let it happen. They also exported halves of families to the Caribbean as slaves and forced Irish men to work so hard at home in Ireland that by the time they had enough money to buy some grit, they were too weak to go and get it so they died.
