To dizzy so sick help me?

for the past couple of days maybe a week now i have been very dizzy, can barely stand up, legs so week, it seems to be making me very anxious just the thought i feeling like i want to fall when i walk into grocery stores i seem to feel lighthead like the altitude is making me sick. eyes are extremely low heavy and making me feel sleepy very dingy like. throat king of swollen, head heavy and hurting. eye are and around nose feels like mucus really full of mucus. congested chest, nose stuff nasal drip. and stomach feels sick. my hubby says i should just go out back and shot myslef like the cowboys used to do their horses. lol. thank you in advance....
