Evolutionists, can you explain something to me please?

I just want to know how genetic mutations can result in a gain of genetic information without intelligent ordnance or intelligent intervention, and how does this fit with natural selection? If the RNA is governed by informative laws, then doesn't that mean that the first cell(s) was ordained by an intelligence?
