Lights Flickering but only certain ones?

The new CFL's don't require much power, so they would be effected very little. It will take an electrician to diagnose the problem and correct it. You may not have adequate service amperage to handle the electrical load you have in your house. Or, there may not be enough circuits to handle the load. Since none of us can physically look at your wiring, an electrician is your best option to evaluate your needs.
