If you are illiterate, where can you write for help?

If you are illiterate you wouldnt know cause you cant write.. Thankfully my uncle Joe was so illierate he couldnt even sign his marriage license.. and i taught him how to write his name. Uncle learned how to read and write after that.. and he has a hotline now and phone # its 1-800-ask-kitty......Course he never went to school either...Now i dont answer the phone.. LOL
