What are my chances of getting into the USAF Pararescue with a misdemeanor?

Some time ago, I had gotten into a fight with my roommate. Even though I claimed self defense and he said he wasn't pressing charges, he tried to get me sent away under a felony but after taking a plea bargain, I was released under a misdemeanor and was put on probation. I scored pretty high on my last ASVAB (70) and decided to join the military in hopes of becoming a Pararescue (PJ) and starting my life over. I've got what it takes but according to my uncle (Retired Army Vet) he says that with a criminal record, my chances to get in might be slim to none. Anyone know the actual chances I have to become a PJ?
