SAT/ACT and then college in the UK?

I'm currently in ninth grade, and in October I will be taking the PSAT. I decided I will probably take the SAT every year (building up better scores each time). I really want to go to a college in the UK, though. Would taking these tests even matter? What do they look for in the UK?
