Id stick to one brand of food for them, either whickas or felix not both. We have two cats and they get a pouch each in the mornin and a pouch each at tea time. Cats are greedy though, they will always cry at you for more food! The girl will come over when shes ready, she might just be a bit jealous of the boy when he gets stroked. Try shouting her over when she sees you stroking the boy.
