Girl in my buisness?

I work at a bingo hall and im 28 years old and all my other work mates are between 40 and 50 years.I was talking with cindy about how one of the operaters called her an Amazon women,which the only reason I told her was cuz i thought she would take it as a compliment.Well she didnt know what it was and she felt bad and so I explained to her,and we where laughing about it and makeing jokes.and here comes DeeDee acting like she had to explain to her and the DeeDee said to me I dont know why your laughing cuz your the one back here starting ****.Then she was like well at least when I start **** I finish it.I feel as a women being in her 40s thats child like.the conversation had nothing to do with her.I think she is mad cuz this guy that is her age but very hot flirts with me in ual ways and she thinks i mess with him after work cuz of the joke I made one night only a joke.im married.what should I do when she does that next time or talk to me that way or gets in my business
