Help if you've seen episode 18 of the Karin anime?

Well, episode 18 is where we learn about Ren's past. And I was wondering...what is that pink think Karin tries to give Ren that gets him soo pissed? I have a feeling it's something...er...dirty, but ya know, curiousity peaks my mind. Help please?
