If I bought a stuffed cat from Build-A-Bear, named it Meowth...?

and made it say "Meowth, that's right! Team Rocket rules!" could Nintendo sue me if they somehow found out about the "unofficial" Meowth doll? (And while I'm asking such an unlikely question, I might as well ask how Furbys could possibly get into the Pentagon?! The answer is "They can't" so WHY do they need to be banned?!)
