What's a good metaphor I could use to end my essay on Ponyboy Curtis?

I'm writing a critcal ysis essay on Ponyboy Curtis from The Outsiders and I'm on my conclusion but and my sister said I should end my essay with a metaphor that will keep the readers thinking but I DONT KNOW WHAT TO WRITE!! :( sooo PLEASEE give me a good metaphor that my teacher would like :) OH and by the way im going to 8th grade so a metaphor thats on an 8th grader level..
