I need help filling the G-325 A form. please?

First, each applicant needs to fill out four G-325A forms (four pages). Second, yes, she will need to sign her four pages. Inside the Heavy Border you will need to put the applicant's information. Thus, on your G-325A's you will need to put in YOUR information and on her G-325A's you will need to put in HER information.
