Where can i find The Tracy Fragments Online???

I Live in a town up north without a theater, the closest one did not show the tracy fragments and i havent been able to find it anywhere, i guess cuz it is such a rare movie, but it has been out since October of 2007 so it has to be out there somewhere, iv tird all the other online movie sites and none of them have it. please tell me if you have seen it online anywhere.
